Users are expected to provide accurate information during registration. Any attempt to disrupt the service, bypass payment systems, or impersonate other users will result in immediate termination of access.
Payments for event registrations are processed through Razorpay. Refund policies are determined by the individual event organizers. Sparwix Events is not directly responsible for issuing refunds unless otherwise stated.
Sparwix Events provides the platform for event management but is not liable for the actual conduct of events or any disputes between participants and organizers.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
